To view incidents navigate to Tripshot Admin > Incidents > Incidents. From here, you will have the ability to input a date or date range as well as various filters and Tripshot will return all incidents within that date range. Additionally, you can also download the report into a .csv format by clicking on "Download".
The below are examples of the different fields of an Incident. Admins can add notes, make edits, upload attachments, and the history of these updates can all be tracked for future auditing purposes.
Admins have the ability to "Start Watching" - any updates to this case will send an email to the user. Please note, an email has to be associated to your user account for this feature to work. An email can be added or edited by navigating to Tripshot Admin > Account (upper right).
